SumnerOne is growing – we’re serving more regions than ever and we’re bringing more new solutions than ever to our customers! So first and foremost, thank you for being our customer and giving us the opportunity to grow and serve you better. We are happy to have you along on this journey with us!
For the past year, we’ve been working to introduce you to the name SumnerOne, while still keeping the names Datamax and UDP alive. For decades, our people who have served customers under these brands have been important partners to a large number of businesses in the Kansas City area. Starting now, we will retire the names Datamax and UDP and fully unite our presence and our people under the SumnerOne name.
What our SumnerOne branding stands for:
- We are a third-generation, family-owned company that values our people, our customers, our communities, and our proud history as a deeply committed service organization
- Our goal is to partner with our customers to find the one place where everything works: to offer solutions that enable your people to share documents and data, your information to flow freely and securely, and allow your ideas to come to life, while the technology itself gets out of the way.
- While we are a strong and stable regional company, all of our offices remain local: we have local sales teams, local service and support, and local warehouses to be as close to our customers as possible.
As you can see, nothing about the way we conduct business is changing. The people within our company that you have gotten to know are not changing. Your day-to-day business needs will continue to be met. Our commitment to outstanding service is unwavering. Standing behind one name and one company simply allows us to cut down on any multi-brand complexity in order to focus single-mindedly on exceeding your expectations!
Thank you for joining us on this exciting journey as we unite our regions in Kansas City and St. Louis. If you have any questions about this transition, please do not hesitate to contact us.
